Breaking change

Proposed change

Add Reolink update entity
Also implements the Base class for NVR entities that is used by the update entity.
(that do not have a channel and do not controll a camera connected to a channel but settings of the NVR itself).

We don't need to add the platform domain to the unique_id. The entity registry is aware of both the integration domain and the platform domain. It's good to add a unique suffix if we're planning to add more than one entity type for the platform.
