The device_info ignore is needed until #58622 is merged

To avoid casting everything coming from velbusaio you can have a look at https://mypy.readthedocs.io/en/stable/running_mypy.html#missing-type-hints-for-third-party-library
Since it has return types defined it comes down to adding a py.typed file and probably fixing some annotations in the lib.
