  this fixes 2 things:
• a bug in the module loading, sometimes not all names are loaded correctly (see the forum)
• typing support for velbusaio (to finish Velbus typing part 2 #59148)

It would be good to get this in the next maintenance release it fixes a bug thats reported via the forum.

Just a thought: maybe separate the type hints and the version bump (if possible)
Version bump is usually quicker to validate - especially if needed for maintenance release.
