Fix cover controls for UpDownBioclimaticPergola in Overkiz

Proposed change

The #141330 refactor caused unintended side effects for the UpDownBioclimaticPergola device.
Add open/close/stop commands to the UIClass.PERGOLA description so that devices with the UpDownBioclimaticPergola widget (rts:BioclimaticPergolaRTSComponent) get proper cover controls.
