Port upstream puppeteer#15441: register a synchronous host-process-exit fallback that removes temporary browser profiles when async cleanup cannot run, and unregister after normal cleanup completes. Co-authored-by: Darío Kondratiuk <dariokondratiuk@gmail.com>
