[Feature] New assets, vision based quadruped reach example, and new render all mode #461

New default floor texture and the render all mode (render_mode="all") shown in a vision based quadruped policy solving the task below:

quadruped_rgb_input.mp4

QuadrupedReach is also made slightly harder now since its easier to solve thanks to #450 being fixed.
