Vectorized TDMPC-2 Baseline

  • Modified from the original TDMPC-2 repo.
  • The baseline supports Maniskill3 vectorized env, single-task state and visual (rgb) based RL.
  • Wandb logging aligned with Maniskill RL Baseline Convention.
  • Joint contribution from @itsygao and me.

merging for now. I realize I need to finalize eval setups but we can do that later. Added an issue for that for now.
