…ommit a3304c8 left unresolved `<<<<<<< Updated upstream` / stashed-changes markers in cli_run.rs, breaking `cargo fmt --all --check` on the build job. Restore the file from 38314d1 (last good HEAD); the WIP oracle tests were unrelated to the source_authority Gate-A scaffold. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
