…vergence The environment auto-committer pushed a merge with literal git conflict markers left in gunbc_stage0_crate_layout_generated.rs before the manual resolution finished. Hand-resolved the 3 marker blocks (kept the fuller HEAD side listing source_authority/compile/infer), then re-ran regen_stage0 which found lib.rs was missing 3 pub mod entries for the same modules. Both shims were missing s.len() for the seed_len={} placeholder,
which fails to compile under format_args! arg-count checking (caught
by review 39378). source_authority's shim already had the correct
two-arg form; 00_compile and 04_infer now match it.

…ier rows on merged main (#6775 landed) and flip every green one in ONE PR (the #6812/#6834 pattern); refusals stay typed SeedRetained rows with located reasons (#6858) * WIP: Gate-A flip wave: re-probe the 8 closure_self_emits_cargo_green frontier * Gate-A flip wave: flip 03_normalize SelfEmitted post-#6775; bind 7 refusals Re-probed all 8 candidates by execution on merged main (#6775). Only 03_normalize cargo-greens with the curated shim; frontier flips to SelfEmitted (baseline 5→6), wet behavioral receipt passes, crate-layout regen lands. Seven refusals stay SeedRetained with execution-measured located_reason symbols; 00_compile keeps NameResolutionGap rank band. …authorities Five of the six files required-regen reports as drifted are genuine content drift, not rustfmt-idempotence false positives: re-run with the newly-ported 8-pass rustfmt-fixed-point normalization active (ebe986a) and all five still reported drifted, so each committed file is stale relative to its .dag source rather than a single-pass formatting artifact. gunbc_stage0_crate_layout_generated.rs: the live .dag authority (dag/gunbc/stage0_crate_layout_generated.dag) already carries three SeedRetainedScaffoldRegistration rows added for v2_compiler_compile, v2_compiler_program_assembly, v2_compiler_source_authority (per gate_a_flip_lane_seed_retained_note, completing PR #6812's incomplete integration) — the committed .rs simply hadn't been regenerated since. std_measure.rs, std_pareto.rs, std_witness_admission.rs, v1_compiler_infer.rs: same pattern — committed artifact stale against already-updated .dag source, caught by required-regen's byte comparison. lib.rs, the sixth drifted file, is deliberately excluded from this commit: it is independently regenerated by PR #8534 (session swift-moth-294), and carrying it here would collide with that lane's verified fix.
