When orchestration emit frontier rows need Symbol-typed constructs, the type should land in dag/gunbc/ or std-without-v2, not a dead v2 orphan.

CI (4aa9464 fail): Root cause was branch behind main — ci_layer_roots.dag missing on the old monolithic ci job path after #6472's serial job split. Merged origin/main in ee988b2; new CI run on 142d677 pending.
