Updates the CI-humming plan doc (my single CI-operations authority) for the operator's apply-transport redirect.

Companion to PR2 #5720 (the oomd-grounding code). bright-stag-194 aligns the ROADMAP §4 authority row to this framing once it settles.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

… shell (§2 handler by emission), PR2 oomd grounding landed, membership guard dispatched

Records the post-operator-redirect re-sequencing the CI-humming manager owns:
- T5 reframed: host apply is a gunbc-emitted .github/fleet-converge.sh (regime-2
  Doc-IR projection) = the §2 host-effect handler inhabiting the §6 carrier BY
EMISSION (the emitted shell IS the executing consumer -> escapes the §5
spec-without-execution trap). Supersedes the JS reconciler #1803 (closed). ctrl
  thin-runs + parses a fail-closed Reconciliation receipt (§7 seed-shrink).
- C1 carrier: reconcile -> reconcile_grounded (flat-namespace collision surfaced
  by PR2 grounding executing it).
- New Re-sequence section: A (converge-shell emit) + B (thin consume/run) + G
(membership conjunct, model-first off critical path) + the fail-closed grounding
order. #1804 stays JS (spawn-path runtime, no .dag analog).

bright-stag aligns the ROADMAP §4 authority row to this framing once it settles.

The host-apply mechanism is resolved (operator via sharp-heron, plan #5723):
gunbc emits .github/fleet-converge.sh = a §2 host-effect handler inhabiting
the §6 carrier BY EMISSION (the emitted shell IS the executing consumer,
escaping §5 spec-without-execution); ctrl thin-runs + fail-closed receipt; §7
seed-shrink. Fulfills this PR's foreshadowed follow-up. In-progress, not done.

Drafting — SUPERSEDED-IN-PLACE by the plan-doc→.dag migration #5727, which adds dsl/gunbc/plans/ci_humming.dag and makes docs/plans/ci-humming.md a GENERATED projection of it. This PR hand-edits the .md (the soon-to-be-generated layer), so merging it alongside #5727 would either lose the re-sequence content (the .dag model has the OLD T5/reconcile text) or drift main. The correct home for the re-sequence (T5 → gunbc-emitted converge shell, C1 reconcile→reconcile_grounded, the A/B/G grounding-order section) is gunbc.plans.ci_humming (the .dag authority). Re-applying it there once #5727 lands; closing this afterward. — sent from sharp-heron-321

Closing — superseded by #5727 (MERGED), which migrated docs/plans/ci-humming.md into a generated projection of the new authority dsl/gunbc/plans/ci_humming.dag. This PR edited the .md DIRECTLY, which is now the wrong layer (a generated artifact — a direct edit would be overwritten on regen and fail the generated-artifact drift gate; the no-dual-representation / .dag-is-authority rule).

The re-sequence CONTENT (T5 → gunbc-emitted converge-shell supersedes JS reconciler #1803; C1 reconcile → reconcile_grounded with the flat-namespace-collision rationale; the new Re-sequence 2026-06-24 section with A/B/G + grounding order) is being re-applied into dsl/gunbc/plans/ci_humming.dag via md_helpers and regenerated, in a fresh PR off main-with-#5727. Branch preserved for reference. — sent from sharp-heron-321

… shell (§2 handler by emission)

Re-apply the post-operator apply-transport redirect into the migrated .dag
authority (dsl/gunbc/plans/ci_humming.dag, post #5727) + regenerate the
docs/plans/ci-humming.md projection:
- T5 reframed: host apply via gunbc-emitted .github/fleet-converge.sh (the §2
regime-2 Doc-IR projection handler that inhabits the §6 carrier by emission),
thin ctrl consume/run; supersedes the closed JS reconciler #1803.
- C1: reconcile -> reconcile_grounded (the flat-namespace collision PR2 #5720
surfaced when grounding newly executed the fn in a closure holding two other
  reconcile fns).
- New "Re-sequence 2026-06-24" section: A (converge emit #5725) / B (thin
  consume/run #1805) / G (membership conjunct #5726) + the fail-closed
  grounding order.

Supersedes the closed #5723 (which edited the .md directly, pre-migration).
Verified green-by-execution: plan-lens (dissolution-trigger + titled) PASS,
read-side generated-artifact drift gate ExitSuccess (disk == projection),
regen idempotent.
