Practice 11: drop TargetGoCompileVerdict; R1/R2a/R3 use TargetCompileVerdict with toolchain data; R2b uses TargetRuntimeExerciseVerdict. Split compile-bound vs runtime-bound falsification contracts (R2b is go run/test, not compile FAIL). Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
