Walks the 45 GAP rows from §2 of the P1 every-other-task roster (#4060) and routes each to the right manager lane with a concrete close-receipt shape. §3.5.1 — 45-row routing table (task_id × primary × secondary × close-receipt shape) covering every in-scope GAP from §2. §3.5.2 — distribution summary: - Modeling DFS: 20 GAP rows (substrate-fill dominant) - Compiler Spine: 13 (compiler stage + lens) - Target Realization: 5 - Runtime/TestClaim: 4 - Self-host/Release: 3 - TOTAL: 45 = §2 GAP count §3.5.3 — cross-receipt notes: MW-D8 C4, F2 active-skip, T-15 closure all strengthen specific routing rows but don't flip them PROVEN alone. PROVEN re-pass: walked all 45 GAP rows for stealth-DONE evidence; 0 flips. Every row's [SCHEDULED]/[ACTIVE]/no-DONE status from §2 holds on origin/main post-#4060.
