Summary

Per PM dispatch 2026-05-31 00:30Z (forced-dispatch item 1 of revised receipt-unblock wave) under operator critique. Bounded roster of every src/v4/TASKS.md task counting toward P1 closure (every-other-scheduled-task-minus-T-15).

Single new file: docs/planning/v4-p1-other-task-roster-2026-05-30.md.

Schema per operator framework: task_id × in_v4_done_scope × ship_disposition (PROVEN / GAP / ODR / NOT-PROMISED) × blocking_receipt.

49 tasks enumerated against origin/main post-#4050. Tally (P1 scope, excluding T-15):

Disposition Count Notes
PROVEN 7 T-17, T-19, T-28 (via dissolution), T-29, T-33, T-34, T-37
GAP 39 in-flight / scheduled / active corpus
ODR 2 T-5, T-27 — operator-already-ratified-2026-05-15; no fresh proposals
NOT-PROMISED 0
excluded by P1 text 1 T-15

Headline: 7 / 48 PROVEN in P1 scope. P1 stays YELLOW (per PR #4013 burn-down); this roster is the underlying corpus that burn-down summarizes.

SAFETY RULE honored (operator-stated): classification only, no scope expansion. §4 explicitly declines to propose new ODR rows beyond the two operator-already-ratified entries; operator + this lane ratify any future removal.

Drift-proof contract honored (per P1 text + PR #4013): roster is the dispositions on this HEAD, not a permanent enumeration. Re-running against future HEADs produces a new row set as tasks land, dissolve, or are ratified out.

§6 explicitly NOT: a P1 close receipt; a TASKS.md amendment; a dispatch instrument; Wave 1+2 planning. Just a classification surface.

Test plan

  • No code, substrate, .dag, or Rust seed touched — docs-only roster.
  • Every row's blocking_receipt cites a TASKS.md section header tag ([DONE] / [DROPPED] / [SCHEDULED] / etc.) or a named substrate / consumer / activation receipt verifiable from src/v4/TASKS.md on origin/main.
  • T-15 explicitly excluded per P1's own text (:806-812), with in_v4_done_scope: no.
  • T-5 (REMOVED) + T-27 (DROPPED) are the only ODR rows; both already operator-ratified 2026-05-15 — no fresh removal proposals.

…ication (no scope expansion)

Per PM dispatch 2026-05-31 00:30Z (forced-dispatch item 1) under operator
critique: bounded roster of every TASKS.md task that counts toward P1
closure (every-other-scheduled-task-minus-T-15).

Schema per operator framework: task_id × in_v4_done_scope × ship_disposition
× blocking_receipt. 49 tasks enumerated against origin/main post-#4050.

Tally (P1 scope, excluding T-15):
- PROVEN: 7 (T-17, T-19, T-28-dissolved, T-29, T-33, T-34, T-37)
- GAP: 39 (in-flight / scheduled / active corpus)
- ODR (already operator-ratified, no fresh proposals): 2 (T-5, T-27)
- NOT-PROMISED: 0
- excluded by P1 text: 1 (T-15)

SAFETY RULE honored: classification only, no scope expansion. §4 explicitly
declines to propose new ODR rows beyond the two operator-already-ratified
entries. Operator + this lane ratify any future removal; doesn't flow from
this authoring.

Drift-proof contract honored: roster is the dispositions on this HEAD, not a
permanent enumeration. Re-running against future HEADs will produce new row
sets as tasks land, dissolve, or are ratified out.

§6 explicitly NOT a P1 close receipt / NOT a TASKS.md amendment / NOT a
dispatch instrument / NOT Wave 1+2 planning.

Cursor: §2 rows for T-5 (REMOVED) and T-27 (DROPPED) carry
in_v4_done_scope: no, so they belong in the excluded bucket alongside T-15
— not double-counted as both in-scope-ODR and excluded.

Fixes:
- excluded: 1 → 3 (adds T-5, T-27)
- In-P1-scope total: 55 → 53
- ODR-in-scope: removed from the in-scope tally (kept as a clarifying row
noting they're §2-rendered but out-of-scope per their own
  in_v4_done_scope value)
- P1-headline: 8 / 55 → 8 / 53 PROVEN

Math now: 53 in-scope = 8 PROVEN + 45 GAP + 0 ODR + 0 NOT-PROMISED;
+ 3 excluded (T-15 + T-5 + T-27) = 56 total. Consistent.

…ster (#4065)

Per PM dispatch 2026-05-31 forced-dispatch item 2 (post-P1-A). Walks the 45
GAP rows from §2 of the P1 every-other-task roster (#4060) and routes each
to the right manager lane with a concrete close-receipt shape.

§3.5.1 — 45-row routing table (task_id × primary × secondary × close-receipt
shape) covering every in-scope GAP from §2.

§3.5.2 — distribution summary:
- Modeling DFS: 20 GAP rows (substrate-fill dominant)
- Compiler Spine: 13 (compiler stage + lens)
- Target Realization: 5
- Runtime/TestClaim: 4
- Self-host/Release: 3
- TOTAL: 45 = §2 GAP count

§3.5.3 — cross-receipt notes: MW-D8 C4, F2 active-skip, T-15 closure all
strengthen specific routing rows but don't flip them PROVEN alone.

PROVEN re-pass: walked all 45 GAP rows for stealth-DONE evidence; 0
flips. Every row's [SCHEDULED]/[ACTIVE]/no-DONE status from §2 holds on
origin/main post-#4060.

No fresh ODR/NOT-PROMISED proposals (safety rule honored).
