Summary

Rebased onto main after #4044/#4043 progress snapshots merged. Refreshes the v4-done maturation tracker (docs/planning/v4-done-predicate-burn-down-2026-05-30.md) for post-#4030 landings: SG-5 #3957 MERGED, W2.5 fixtures (#4018, #4028), release docs (#3991, #4025), and landing-log rows through operator/PM snapshots.

Supersedes the duplicate draft snapshot commit (same content already on main via #4044).

Test plan

  • Docs-only — no code changes
  • Relied on CI after ready

Wave 2 table and P3 row; extend landing log through #4043/#4044 snapshots.
