Re codex REVIEW REQUEST_CHANGES (NodeScope coupling / #821 #853): addressed on session/neat-owl-422.

  • Dag::node_scope_subject_within_arrow_declaration (dag.rs): after declaration resolves to an Arrow, NodeScope.node must satisfy dag.node_opt and be either that declaration’s ArrowBody::UserDefined root Bind or reachable from its lowered result subgraph (existing collect_body_port/bind_body_reachable_nodes walk — single structural authority, same walk used elsewhere for gate Replace port-type heuristics with NodeKind classification #78 witnesses).
  • check_enforced_lens_applications (enforced_lens_application.rs): parallelism path now continues with a typed ParseError before loop_iteration_parallel_emission_indicator when coupling fails — no silent collapse into “sequential observations” for malformed (declaration, node) pairs.
  • Receipt: cargo test -p v3-compiler --lib gate_95_parallelism_iteration_enforcement_tests adds opt_in_rejects_out_of_range_node_scope_subject and opt_in_rejects_node_scope_foreign_to_declaration (two-function fixture + workflow_lane2_subject() bind aliased onto the wrong Arrow).

Ping if you still see a blocker after the latest CI run on this SHA.

Re claude opus APPROVE (review #12174) — exploratory split

Verified: exploratory note matches the codebase. t_las_parallelism_iteration_gate95_demo_test exercises the public predicate bridge (compile_to_dag + loop_iteration_parallel_emission_indicator + parallelism_iteration_opt_in_enforcement_violates) — same indicator contract Lane‑2 uses elsewhere. Full check_enforced_lens_applications on a synthetic EnforcedApplication/NodeScope row (positive + fail‑closed coupling + sequential violation semantics) stays in gate_95_parallelism_iteration_enforcement_tests (enforced_lens_application.rs): integration cannot inject declarations without widening pub surface (cf. Gate #58: integration runs check_enforced_lens_applications only where the authored witness lives in checked‑in .dag/bootstrap substrate).

Landed docs(test): clarify gate #95 integration vs enforced_application split on session/neat-owl-422 — expands the integration module //! receipt so dashboards/reviewers do not confuse “indicator harness” vs “consumer pass” layering.

Merge readiness: honoring org gate — still need ≥2 formal api‑review approvals (this artifact is APPROVE, counts as one trajectory) mergeable branch protection + v3/CI tail green before squash‑merge — I’m not flipping merge until GitHub reflects all of those.

Codex review #12200 (REQUEST_CHANGES) — verified / addressed

  1. P5 / SG-0 receipt for non-test hand-Rust: On current session/neat-owl-422, gate Compiler lowerer cleanup #95 carries an explicit non-test receipt on the existing EXPECTED_HAND_AUTHORED_NON_TEST row for src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs (see INVARIANTS.md): plan text ties the LAS consumer to parallelism_enforcement_violates + apply_lens_declaration, and Co-receipt ties the SG-0 +1 / (c) pairing file (scripts/ci-merge/sg0-pr-body-append.3131.txt) to both the integration-test census delta and this amended non-test row (same PR surface as gate feat: implement Lane 1 Review/SDLC core (W1-W7) #58’s append pattern).

  2. P2 single authority: Duplicate Rust parallelism_iteration_budget_violates mirroring parallelism.dag is gone; violation is decided only by evaluating authored parallelism_enforcement_violates via apply_lens_declaration (parallelism_enforcement_violates_via_substrate). Rust keeps only the Lane‑2 measurement bridge (loop_iteration_parallel_emission_indicator → observed ParallelismMode). parallelism_iteration_opt_in_enforcement_violates now takes dag so that predicate stays substrate-backed too.

Also landed chore: rustfmt enforced_lens_application (gate #95) so cargo fmt --check matches rustfmt output on those helpers/assert sites.

Merge readiness from here: CI still spinning on the latest push; GitHub reports mergeStateStatus: BLOCKED with no api-review rollup populated yet, so this cannot be squash-merged until ≥2 distinct approvals (OpenAI-weighted), no REQUEST_CHANGES, mergeable: CLEAN, and green CI.

Cursor/composer review #12221 (APPROVE_WITH_COMMENTS) — addressed

  1. parallelism_iteration_opt_in_enforcement_violates panic surface: On latest session/neat-owl-422, the helper returns Result<bool, LensApplyError>. Missing ParallelismMode from parallelism.dag is SubstrateReflect(\"ParallelismMode from parallelism.dag\"); apply_lens_declaration failures propagate as LensApplyError (CODING.md § Hidden panic surface). Integration harness uses .expect only after a successful compile_to_dag staging path.

  2. ParallelismIterationBudget coproduct note: Added a 🟢 GREEN (terminal) checkpoint in-file, aligned with docs/modeling-discipline.md §4 (Lane‑2 indicator labels only; violates semantics stay in parallelism_enforcement_violates).

Landed as fix(v3-compiler): gate #95 probe returns Result (no public panic surface) (+ small integration module-banner clarification).

Composer blocking review #12238 — verified against current session/neat-owl-422 HEAD

The SG-0 hand-authored integration test receipts table (INVARIANTS.md § "### SG-0 hand-authored integration test receipts") already contains the required row for src/v3/compiler/tests/integration/t_las_parallelism_iteration_gate95_demo_test.rs (gate #95 plan / dissolution / interim ratchet / explicit P5 Mechanism (b) pairing with the EXPECTED_HAND_AUTHORED_TEST census literal and scripts/ci-merge/sg0-pr-body-append.3131.txt). It sits alongside the gate #88 pattern you cited (t_lens_application_carrier_test.rs), immediately before the non-test table boundary.

The census literal remains at src/v3/compiler/tests/integration/sg0_census_test.rs (gate #95 comment + path).

So this REQUEST_CHANGES item reads stale relative to the branch tip the relay sampled — no additional commit needed for this bookkeeping gap.

Opus review #12254 — verified against current PR HEAD

Spot-checked each theme against session/neat-owl-422:

  • P5 / SG-0: EXPECTED_HAND_AUTHORED_TEST lists …/t_las_parallelism_iteration_gate95_demo_test.rs under the gate Compiler lowerer cleanup #95 banner (sg0_census_test.rs ~433–434); INVARIANTS.md § integration-test receipts table row matches that path + dissolution/interim ratchet; scripts/ci-merge/sg0-pr-body-append.3131.txt carries the +1 / (c) pairing; enforced_lens_application.rs non-test row carries gate Compiler lowerer cleanup #95 plan + co-receipt cross-reference — consistent with Mechanism (b) single receipts.

  • Single substrate authority: parallelism_enforcement_violates_via_substrate → apply_lens_declaration on authored parallelism_enforcement_violates (parallelism.dag); Rust keeps Lane‑2 indicator → mode bridge + Result-shaped exported probe (LensApplyError), no duplicate violates predicate.

  • Fail-closed NodeScope: dag::node_scope_subject_within_arrow_declaration gates indicator read before enforcement eval; opt_in_rejects_out_of_range_node_scope_subject (+ foreign-pair sibling) exercises the failure surface.

  • lower_compile_module prepend: Complexity / parallelism authorities prepend behind surfaced lenses.complexity / lenses.parallelism (lower.rs), preserving modules that skip those imports.

No code changes requested by this artifact (non-blocking approve summary).

Merge readiness from CLI snapshot: mergeStateStatus remained BLOCKED while mergeable was MERGEABLE — branch protection still unsatisfied from GitHub’s perspective (reviews rollup empty in gh pr view JSON here); v3 workflow leg still pending on the latest run after fmt/ci succeeded. Per dashboard gates (≥2 weighted api-review approvals, no REQUEST_CHANGES, mergeable: CLEAN, full CI green), squash-merge was not invoked.

Composer review #12283 (APPROVE) — verified against current PR HEAD

Spot-checked each rubric bullet (artifact line anchors drift vs HEAD; citations below use current shapes):

  • Single substrate violation path: parallelism_enforcement_violates_via_substrate delegates to authored parallelism_enforcement_violates via apply_lens_declaration (src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs ~359–382).

  • Fail-closed LAS consumer: Missing substrate / bad SectionRef::NodeScope / out-of-scope (declaration, node) still routes through Diagnostic::ParseError + deferred correction classes before indicator/substrate eval (check_enforced_lens_applications parallelism arm).

  • P5 / SG-0 pairing: scripts/ci-merge/sg0-pr-body-append.3131.txt still carries +1, (c) pairing, and explicit Mechanism (b) co-receipt language for gate Compiler lowerer cleanup #95 (file is short — lines 1–3 today, not artifact “27–30”).

  • NodeScope coupling guard: dag::node_scope_subject_within_arrow_declaration remains the structural (declaration, node) validity predicate (dag.rs ~1644–1661).

  • Practice §4 coproduct checkpoints: Rust bridge enum documents 🟢 GREEN (ParallelismIterationBudget, ~298–304); substrate ParallelismMode carries adjacent 🟢 TERMINAL ledger (parallelism.dag ~304–314).

Exploratory split integration vs #[cfg(test)] injection matches module-banner narrative (gate #58 / #94-style receipt posture).

Merge readiness snapshot: v3 check still pending on the latest CI run after fmt/ci green; mergeStateStatus stayed BLOCKED and gh pr merge 3131 --squash --delete-branch fails branch policy (MERGEABLE graph ≠ satisfied protections). Dashboard gate (≥2 weighted api-review approvals, no blocking reviews, full CI green) not all met from CLI — no squash-merge attempted successfully.

Composer review #12297 (APPROVE) — verified against current HEAD

Non-blocking summary matches the branch; artifact line anchors are stale vs today’s files:

  • P5 / SG-0: INVARIANTS.md integration-test receipts table row for …/t_las_parallelism_iteration_gate95_demo_test.rs is present (≈357 — not “~37”); sg0_census_test.rs census comment + path at 433–434 (EXPECTED_HAND_AUTHORED_TEST); scripts/ci-merge/sg0-pr-body-append.3131.txt retains +1 / (c) / Mechanism (b) co-receipt (1–3). Non-test row for enforced_lens_application.rs still documents gate Compiler lowerer cleanup #95 + co-receipt cross-link.

  • Substrate violation delegation: parallelism_enforcement_violates_via_substrate → apply_lens_declaration on authored parallelism_enforcement_violates (≈359–382 in enforced_lens_application.rs, not ~207–231).

  • Practice §4: Rust bridge ParallelismIterationBudget 🟢 checkpoint ≈298–304; substrate ParallelismMode 🟢 TERMINAL ledger ≈304–314 in parallelism.dag (not ~1152–1158).

  • NodeScope / diagnostics: Fail-closed ParseError paths remain ahead of substrate eval in the parallelism EnforcedApplication arm; dag::node_scope_subject_within_arrow_declaration coupling guard unchanged (~1644–1661 dag.rs).

Merge readiness: v3 still pending on latest workflow run (fmt/ci green); mergeStateStatus: BLOCKED; gh pr merge --squash --delete-branch continues to hit branch policy. No squash-merge executed.

CI fix (901aaa4 / v3 “Compiler-std consolidation ratchet”)

Root cause: scripts/check-compiler-std-ratchet.sh failed closed on src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:type ParallelismMode — new ^type [A-Z] row with no POSITIVE/TRACKED/EXEMPT classification.

Fix: ParallelismMode registered as positive-def lens-API carrier (T-LAS gate #95 iteration-opt-in parallelism budget / parallelism_enforceable), plus matching table + narrative refresh in docs/thesis/compiler-std-consolidation.md and a one-line ROADMAP.md consolidation-program enumeration sync.

Landed: b85ed8817 (fix(ci): classify ParallelismMode in compiler-std ratchet (#642)). Local bash scripts/check-compiler-std-ratchet.sh → clean (4 == 4).

BLOCKING (1)

Root Cause

  • src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs parallelism enforcement diagnostics copied a singular correction shape instead of the existing Diagnostic API → use fixes: vec![...] or the existing empty-fixes pattern consistently.

⚠️ The substrate classification issue is fixed, but the new diagnostic construction blocks compilation.

BLOCKING: Diagnostic::ParseError has a fixes: Vec<Correction> field, not correction, so the new parallelism fail-closed diagnostic path will not compile.

Re: parallelism diagnostics / fixes vs correction (BLOCKING)

Verified on current gunbc Diagnostic (src/v3/compiler/src/diagnostics.rs): ParseError carries correction: Correction, same as neighboring variants (TokenizerError, TypeMismatch, …). There is no fixes field on this enum.

Parallelism EnforcedApplication fail‑closed paths in src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs use that same message + span + correction: shape (consistent with complexity/timing enforcement in the same function). cargo build -p v3-compiler --lib is green locally.

Commit 37cd4e0 in the artifact used a correction:‑shape review target; fixes would not match today’s rustc type and would fail to compile—the opposite of the stated root cause.

Re Codex REVIEW REQUEST_CHANGES (NodeScope panic / fail-closed)

Verified: resolve_node_scope_section only parses SectionRef; it never checks that the embedded declaration/DeclarationId is in-bounds.

Dag::declaration(id) indexes declarations[id.index()] and panics on OOB.

Land: before the parallelism Arrow shape check we now declaration_opt(&fn_decl) and attach a ParseError naming an absent substrate id (fail-closed) instead of indexing. Regression: opt_in_rejects_absent_declaration_reference_in_node_scope (phantom DeclarationId::test_raw(u32::MAX)).

(This addresses the REPORTED review; do not squash-merge yet pending ≥2 substantive api-review approvals, mergeable≠BLOCKED, and CI fully green.)

  2. parallelism_enforcement_violates asymmetry (declared = Sequential) — Already correct / non-issue: matches gate Compiler lowerer cleanup #95 opt‑in‑only framing; no code change requested.

Dashboard merge bar re-check (after 53ed57cba): mergeStateStatus=CLEAN and fmt/ci/v3/self_host all pass were true on the prior HEAD; 53ed57cba will need a fresh green CI cycle. gh api …/pulls/3131/reviews currently shows only COMMENTED relay payloads (Codex)—no GitHub review state: APPROVED entries, so the ≥2 distinct api-review approvals criterion is not met via the official API and squash-merge is not run without human/submit approvals.

1. Story of the diff

This PR wires gate #95’s iteration-parallelism opt-in through the lens-application surface instead of leaving it as a raw Lane-2 indicator. The load-bearing move is in src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:313, where ParallelismMode = OptInIndependent | Sequential becomes the authored budget/observation carrier, with the actual violation predicate authored in .dag at src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:326 and the enforceable bundle declared at src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:388. Rust then becomes a consumer/bridge: src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:359 converts observed/declared ParallelismMode into FieldValues and calls apply_lens_declaration, while src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:477 exposes a Result-returning probe for the gate.

The PR also teaches compile_to_dag to prepend lenses.parallelism only when a user module imports that authority (src/v3/compiler/src/lib.rs:5639, src/v3/compiler/src/lower.rs:210), and it hardens SectionRef::NodeScope by validating that the referenced node belongs to the referenced Arrow body before reading the iteration indicator (src/v3/compiler/src/dag.rs:1644, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:957). The tests cover both the exported probe and the internal EnforcedApplication consumer path: the integration test exercises read-only vs upsert-dependent Lane-2 cases (src/v3/compiler/tests/integration/t_las_parallelism_iteration_gate95_demo_test.rs:41), while crate-local tests inject full EnforcedApplication rows and malformed NodeScope cases (src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:1895, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:1968). Reference rubric applied: single authority/fail-closed/dissolution, modeling Practice 4, CODING free-function/Result discipline, and TESTING’s compile-as-unit guidance. chatgpt-review-f7222737-48f8-48…

2. Invariant categories

  1. LAYER MODEL — Compliant. The diff touches lens substrate, not core Dag shape: ParallelismMode is modeled in .dag with an explicit GREEN terminal ledger (src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:305, src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:313), and the Rust side validates raw NodeId/DeclarationId payloads before consuming them (src/v3/compiler/src/dag.rs:1649, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:930, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:957). No new type connective, L1 behavior, or parallel substrate authority is introduced.
  2. INVARIANTS.md + modeling-discipline.md — Compliant. Single authority is preserved: the .dag block states that parallelism_iteration_observed_mode is the single substrate authority (src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:300), the host module says it must not remap raw indicator integers independently (src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:37), and the actual violation decision delegates to parallelism_enforcement_violates through apply_lens_declaration (src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:376). Fail-closed handling is also present: missing ParallelismMode, malformed NodeScope, absent declarations, out-of-body nodes, unreadable budget variants, and substrate-evaluation failures all produce diagnostics rather than silently accepting (src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:902, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:915, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:930, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:957, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:977, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:997).
  3. CODING.md — Compliant. The new externally visible probe is a free function over explicit inputs and returns Result<bool, LensApplyError> rather than panicking on arbitrary caller graphs (src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:477). The only new panic surface is in append_parallelism_lens_authority, which is parsing a checked-in static authority file at the lower/compile edge (src/v3/compiler/src/lower.rs:88); that matches the existing static-authority pattern rather than user-reachable failure recovery.
  4. TESTING.md — Compliant. The added integration test is at the right level because the subject is import-triggered authority prepending plus the public bridge over a compiled module (src/v3/compiler/tests/integration/t_las_parallelism_iteration_gate95_demo_test.rs:41). The lower-level enforcement edge is covered inside the crate with focused injected EnforcedApplication rows for clean, violation, out-of-range node, absent declaration, and foreign-node cases (src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:1895, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:1927, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:1968, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:2004, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:2037). The new hand-authored test path is also registered in the SG-0 census (src/v3/compiler/tests/integration/sg0_census_test.rs:433) and paired with an INVARIANTS receipt (INVARIANTS.md:358).
  5. LOCKED DESIGN DECISIONS — Compliant. The diff explicitly names the design-lock surface for this gate (src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:295) and implements the locked shape as a LensEnforcement/EnforceableLens bundle (src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:388, src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:393). I do not see a diff line that changes the locked meaning of Pure Bootstrap, the LAS design, or the thesis direction; the .dag authoring deferral is explicitly scoped in the fixture/test banner, not hidden (src/v3/compiler/tests/fixtures/t_las_parallelism_iteration_gate95_fixture.dag:3, src/v3/compiler/tests/integration/t_las_parallelism_iteration_gate95_demo_test.rs:13).
  6. TRACKED vs UNTRACKED DEBT — Finding, non-blocking: tracked ratchet count drift. The new scaffolds themselves are tracked: the hand-Rust test has an SG-0 census row and dissolution receipt (src/v3/compiler/tests/integration/sg0_census_test.rs:433, INVARIANTS.md:358), and the expanded enforced_lens_application.rs surface has an updated non-test receipt (INVARIANTS.md:395). However, the compiler-std consolidation tracker is internally inconsistent: docs/thesis/compiler-std-consolidation.md:148 says parallelism.dag now has one in-ratchet item, and ROADMAP.md:441 lists four in-ratchet carriers with “Primary count: 4,” but docs/thesis/compiler-std-consolidation.md:154 still says “Primary ratchet count today: 3” while also saying NonCommutingPairLookup remains in-ratchet. That count should be corrected to 4, or the doc should explicitly explain why NonCommutingPairLookup is excluded despite the ROADMAP line.

2.5. Top-down PM intent review

Compliant, with the debt-count caveat above. The PR preserves the high-level intent: parallelism remains a structural lens fact rather than a second Rust-only rule system, because the carrier, read surface, monoid, enforcement, and enforceable bundle are authored in parallelism.dag (src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:359, src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:374, src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:379, src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:388, src/v3/lenses/parallelism.dag:393). The Rust side demonstrates the gate by consuming that authored surface and routing violation semantics through apply_lens_declaration (src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:359, src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs:997), not by installing a permanent hand-coded parallelism policy. The one PM-facing risk is the stale primary-ratchet count in docs/thesis/compiler-std-consolidation.md:154, because a worker following that doc literally could undercount remaining compiler-std debt.

3. Verdict

APPROVE_WITH_COMMENTS

The gate #95 implementation is structurally sound: the policy lives in .dag, Rust fails closed at the LAS boundary, and tests cover both public and injected enforcement paths. The only issue I would ask to clean up is the non-blocking ratchet-count mismatch in docs/thesis/compiler-std-consolidation.md:154.

cursor/composer-2 artifact APPROVE — verified against current HEAD

Rubrics named in that review check out:

  • P5 (b) — EXPECTED_HAND_AUTHORED_TEST line for t_las_parallelism_iteration_gate95_demo_test.rs in sg0_census_test.rs, matching INVARIANTS.md receipt row (~358), and scripts/ci-merge/sg0-pr-body-append.3131.txt for the net +1 prepend — all present.

  • parallelism.dag — Practice 4 terminal/ledger checkpoints for ParallelismMode (§4.4 block + dissolution note adjacent to the type).

  • Enforcement — violation relation still routes through authored parallelism_enforcement_violates via apply_lens_declaration; parallelism EnforcedApplication paths include fail-closed diagnostics for missing ParallelismMode, malformed SectionRef::NodeScope, absent DeclarationId, non-Arrow scope declaration, coupling (**node_scope_subject_within_arrow_declaration**), malformed budget variants, substrate eval failures, and mismatched parallelism_iteration_observed_mode vs declared budget (loop_iteration_parallel_emission_indicator is diagnostic text only).

  • Exploratory — enforced_lens_application.rs size/readability vs future split accepted as backlog; nothing to merge for.

Merge readiness (gh): mergeStateStatus=CLEAN, fmt/ci/v3/self_host_ratchet green on the latest run 25890501799 for 53ed57cba. pulls/*/reviews + GraphQL reviewDecision currently show no submitted state: APPROVED reviews on GitHub (only COMMENTED relay threads), so the dashboard bar ≥2 distinct formal APPROVE payloads on the PR merge API is still not satisfied despite this artifact APPROVE. gh pr merge not executed.

openai-pro APPROVE_WITH_COMMENTS — ratchet-count mismatch (addressed)

Verified: scripts/check-compiler-std-ratchet.sh TRACKED_ROWS lists four in-ratchet types (TemplateArgumentsMatch, TemplateArgumentCursor, NormalizedInstantiationArgs, NonCommutingPairLookup) with BASELINE_TRACKED_TOTAL=4; ROADMAP compiler–std program row already said Primary count: 4. docs/thesis/compiler-std-consolidation.md had drifted to prose “Primary ratchet count today: 3” while the same paragraph acknowledged NonCommutingPairLookup — inconsistent.

Land: commit 50c3626ae — headline count 4, explicit cross-reference to TRACKED_ROWS / BASELINE_TRACKED_TOTAL, all four carriers named, tokenizer-migration clause preserved.

Merge bar (post-push): mergeStateStatus=BLOCKED (likely pending fresh CI on 50c3626ae); pulls/*/reviews still has no GitHub state: APPROVED entries for the ≥2-approval policy. gh pr merge not executed.

BLOCKING (1)

Root Cause

  • scripts/ci-merge/sg0-pr-body-append.3131.txt gate #95 receipt scoped to one consumer file while support code was added across multiple hand-Rust files → include dag.rs/lib.rs/lower.rs in the same explicit deferral/receipt or remove those hand-Rust changes.

⚠️ Blocking P5 tracking gap remains.

@@ -0,0 +1,3 @@
SG-0 hand-path delta: +1
SG-0 pairing: (c) R3 gate #95 iteration-opt-in parallelism LAS (`t_las_parallelism_iteration_gate95_demo_test`) dispatch tracked gunbc#3131
P5 Mechanism (b) co-receipt (gate #95): expanded `src/v3/compiler/src/enforced_lens_application.rs` parallelism LAS consumer evaluates authored `parallelism_enforcement_violates` (`parallelism.dag`) via `apply_lens_declaration` — single substrate authority for violation semantics (indicator→mode bridge only). Matching non-test receipt row amended in INVARIANTS.md (`EXPECTED_HAND_AUTHORED_NON_TEST` / `enforced_lens_application.rs`) same PR as this prepend + census line.

BLOCKING: The P5 receipt names only enforced_lens_application.rs even though the PR also expands hand-written Rust in dag.rs, lib.rs, and lower.rs, leaving those bootstrap-surface additions without the required checkable receipt under INVARIANTS P5.

Extend sg0-pr-body-append.3131.txt to receipt dag.rs/lib.rs/lower.rs
alongside enforced_lens_application for the same gate #95 slice; align
INVARIANTS integration + LAS consumer cross-refs.

Codex blocker (gate #95 P5 receipt scope) — Verified: \scripts/ci-merge/sg0-pr-body-append.3131.txt`previously receipts only`enforced_lens_application.rs`in prose while`dag.rs`/`lib.rs`/`lower.rs`` gained gate #95–related behavior in the same PR.

Fixed on `86ce4b655`: prepend now enumerates all four paths with concise roles (`node_scope_subject_within_arrow_declaration`, `lens_parallelism` + import-gated authority prepending for `compile_to_dag`, `append_parallelism_lens_authority` + static `parallelism.dag` include). `INVARIANTS.md` co-receipt on `enforced_lens_application.rs` and the gate #95 integration row now point at that single bundle.

Formatting follow-up (previous comment escaped backticks badly).

Codex blocker (gate #95 P5 receipt scope) — Verified: finding was valid. scripts/ci-merge/sg0-pr-body-append.3131.txt now enumerates enforced_lens_application.rs, dag.rs, lib.rs, and lower.rs as the gate #95 non-test co-touch bundle; INVARIANTS rows updated to match. Landed in 86ce4b655.

Composer-2 (dashboard artifact) APPROVE — verified vs HEAD

Checked the substantive claims against current tree:

  • P5 (b): sg0-pr-body-append.3131.txt bundles gate Compiler lowerer cleanup #95 plus explicit co-touches on enforced_lens_application.rs, dag.rs, lib.rs, lower.rs (prepend matches INVARIANTS cross-refs).

  • Substrate checkpoint: parallelism.dag carries Modeling Practice 4 / TERMINAL (GREEN) budgeting coproduct prose adjacent to the carrier (composer’s “explicit checkpoint” reads true).

  • Consumer authority: parallelism LAS routing through apply_lens_declaration to authored parallelism_enforcement_violates is consistent with enforced lens application codepaths in-tree.

  • node_scope_subject_within_arrow_declaration: structural guard returns false when the subject node is absent or the declaration body bind is missing (declaration_body_bind path), i.e. fail-closed boundary behavior aligns with composer’s boundary note.

No further code changes from this item.

Merge readiness (session checklist):

  • CI on latest push: green (ci, fmt, v3, self_host_ratchet all pass on the current run snapshot).
  • pulls/*/reviews: only Codex relays in COMMENTED state; zero GitHub-visible APPROVED rows; mergeability / mergeStateStatus are currently UNKNOWN in the API snapshot (often transient GH recalculation—not treating as CLEAN for merge until it stabilizes).

So the external APPROVE is valid, but the bar given to this session (≥2 distinct approve-level artifacts and mergeable=CLEAN) is not satisfiable solely from GitHub PR review data plus this single artifact, and CLEAN is unset right now—not squash-merging on that basis.
