Retires gunbc.plans.v2_closed_pr_recovery by its own dissolution condition: "Delete this census when every LiveWork row has landed as revival work on main or been row-edited to DeadWork, so the closeout reading is no longer the reference for unrevived closed PRs." The last LiveWork row (#13378/#13392) landed as #13778 (cbe0a877ecf).

The closeout reading: 19 of 19 LiveWork rows landed

How each row was joined:

  • The join key is the row's own closed PR numbers, matched against every PR merged since 2026-10-10 (138 PRs).
  • v1 closeout mega branch #13641, the v1 closeout mega branch that cites every row, is excluded.
  • Each match was read for a revival statement ("re-derives", or a row disposition), not just a mention.
  • Every merge commit is an ancestor of main cbe0a877ecf, and no revert of it follows on main.

The DeadWork rows (6, covering 25 closed PRs) needed nothing; the operator's 2026-10-10 ruling put them out of scope.

Consumers, enumerated before deleting (DESIGN §3, a root outside the gate)

Every committed file naming the census, by git grep on main:

  • dag/gunbc/plans/v2_closed_pr_recovery.dag: deleted.
  • dag/test/claim/plans/v2_closed_pr_recovery_witness.dag: deleted. It is the census's own witness.
  • dag/gunbc/plan_registry_batch_g.dag: import and list entry removed. No claim counts the registry.
  • dag/gunbc/roadmap/roadmap_authority.dag: the parked-context link to the projection is removed.
  • .gitignore (generated): the /docs/plans/v2-closed-pr-recovery.md line follows by regeneration, not by hand.

Receipts

  • Regeneration, not a hand edit. The .gitignore line comes from the generator: gunbc.instruments.generated_artifact_gate main_wet_one --arg path=.gitignore, run at 678628cd8ec on srv1, exit 0.
    • Its only change is the removal of /docs/plans/v2-closed-pr-recovery.md.
    • Main's .gitignore is unchanged between cbe0a877ecf and ab9bcd5778d, and the generator's output differs from the merged tree by exactly that line. It is committed as ed56a846278.
    • The PR's heal job does not regenerate .gitignore (heal covers stage0 mirrors and seed-build artifacts), which is why heal passed without a commit.
  • Merge of main (f55910c96b5, a merge commit): Retire v2.std.algebra: list ops to std.algebra, node folds to v2.std.node #13860 had renamed v2.std.algebra to std.algebra in one census row's subject text. The deletion is kept. No row's standing or count changed, and a re-grep of the merged tree finds no reference to the census except the generated line above.
  • Whole-corpus census (srv1, gunbc compile --target dag over dag + src/v2), at the PR's source change 678628cd8ec vs its base main cbe0a877ecf:
  • v2 native census (census-infer src/v2 with the emitted v2 compiler of each side), same pair of trees: identical.
    • 1699 module outcomes per side with no difference (55 inferred, 129 infer-refused, 1497 resolve-refused);
    • 18 file refusals per side, identical by path and reason;
    • residual 80844 on both sides.
    • The deleted modules are under dag/, outside the src/v2 root population.
  • Final head 89d92fec822 (after the second merge of main: Cross-tree migration 1: v2.std.live_tree -> std.live_tree #13837 rewrote the deleted witness's import): witnesses run 38396852186 PASS, heal run 38396852310 PASS; cursor review 79384 APPROVE at this head; side-chat APPROVE to land at this exact head.

…n main

gunbc.plans.v2_closed_pr_recovery carried its own dissolution condition:
"Delete this census when every LiveWork row has landed as revival work on
main or been row-edited to DeadWork". With #13778 (cbe0a87) the last of
the 19 LiveWork rows landed. Each row joins, by its closed PR numbers, to a
merged revival PR whose merge commit is an ancestor of main and has no
revert after it. The table is in the PR body.

Deleted with the census: its witness test.claim.plans.v2_closed_pr_recovery_witness,
its plan_registry_batch_g entry, and the roadmap's parked-context link to
its projection. The .gitignore line for that projection is generated and
follows by regeneration, not by hand.

#13860 renamed v2.std.algebra to std.algebra in one census row's subject text; the census is
deleted on this branch, so the deletion is kept (no row standing or count changed).

… generated artifact

Output of gunbc.instruments.generated_artifact_gate main_wet_one --arg path=.gitignore, run at
678628c on srv1 (exit 0); main's .gitignore is unchanged since, and the generator's
output differs from this tree's .gitignore by exactly the one line for
/docs/plans/v2-closed-pr-recovery.md. Not hand-edited.

#13837 moved v2.std.live_tree to std.live_tree and rewrote the import in the census witness; the
witness is deleted on this branch, so the deletion is kept. No other reference to the census.

…#13810)

Resolved dag/gunbc/plan_registry_batch_g.dag to main's roster plus durable_work_handoff_plan
(main retired v2_closed_pr_recovery_plan in #13867).

#13810 ruled that plan markdown is written on demand, not committed
(gunbc.design_ruling project_documentation_projections_are_not_checkout_artifacts). The plan's
projection is now PlanIsAuthorityOnly citing that ruling, its committed markdown is deleted, and
its path joins the .gitignore roster beside the other authority-only plans.
