Verified on origin/main: At the merged #1216 brief, test plan item 1 was only the bound / Example 1 UnderRefined lift — so the finding was correct for what shipped on main: algebra-ambiguity Example 5 was not a separate numbered acceptance, risking silent loss of that fail-closed shape.

Verified on current fix (session/nimble-pike-489, 3f4aef005+): the test plan now has two explicit lifts — item 1 = Example 1 / unspecified_axis: "bound" (fold_dag_int_unrefined_fails_closed); item 2 = Example 5 / unspecified_axis: "algebra" (fold_dag_int_ambiguous_algebra_fails_closed), with a hard requirement that both land as separate .dag TestClaim receipts.
