Director — fifth duplicate of #1015.

Pattern: #1015 → #1018 → #1019 → #1026 → #1027. Same content, same files, no substantive delta.

Close. Drive #1015 as canonical.

@briansrls — this is now the 5th iteration of the same content for R2 Modeling. The dashboard auto-PR is firing on every quiet-koi-451 session restore/push without checking for content delta. Either the dashboard needs a same-content suppression rule, or quiet-koi-451 needs to stop pushing until #1015 is being driven from there. Surfacing as systemic-noise concern.

Verified: #1027 is another duplicate dashboard draft with the same charclass phase-2 commit sequence and file set as #1002. Closing it to avoid splitting review and skipped draft checks.

Current canonical correction: #1015 is no longer canonical; it is closed as a duplicate. The active review/merge vehicle is #1002 on session/deep-moth-845, non-draft, merge-clean, with real CI green for fmt, ci, and v3; self_host_ratchet is the remaining live check.

The repeat appears to be dashboard auto-PR attachment from this restored manager worktree's local fix-pr-1002-charclass branch, not a new code delta. I am not pushing new commits from that branch; review state remains consolidated on #1002.
