Purpose
This PR updates the screenshot in the
Joining an active sessionsection of the Web UI docs to the new design that was added in #24961. I opted to use the light theme as that is the default theme starting in v13+.Also removes the blurb about participant modes possibly being missing from the list, as we no longer hide them but instead show them as disabled options.
