- Initialized OTLP LoggerProvider and mockLogServer in observability_fixture_test.go - Installed go.opentelemetry.io/contrib/bridges/otelslog to bridge slog into OTel logger - Added TestObservability_Logging_Success and TestObservability_Logging_Failure in logging_test.go - Upgraded cloud.google.com/go/auth to @main to retrieve Actionable Error semantic logs inside the transport wrapper - Updated F3 logging assertions to successfully assert the presence of 'error.type' and 'rpc.response.status_code'.
