This PR is related to issue godotengine/godot-proposals#12573
Which sets to address the fact that when a coordinate axis as shown in the 3-D Rotation Control Gizmo is hidden behind the screen, there is no one-click solution to rotating the viewing angle to align with that direction.
With this solution the user can hold the SHIFT key when clicking upon any of the 6 coordinate nodes to rotate the camera to the opposite viewing angle. Thus always giving access to all 6 nodes regardless of the orientation of the 3-D Rotation Control Gizmo.
