The fork's nightly build fails because patch/full-access-never-asks conflicts with upstream 7c90d51 in ClaudeAdapterV2.ts and its test.

Upstream pingdotgg#23481 added a startToolCall flag at the top of canUseTool, on the line where the patch reads the live query for requiresApproval. I kept both lines. Upstream pingdotgg#24402 added a test for dropping false bypass switches from --settings just before the test that the patch renames. I took the new test and kept the patch's name and body for the renamed one.

On a scratch stack of upstream 7c90d51 with all 17 patches and this branch, pnpm install --no-frozen-lockfile, vp run typecheck (39 of 39) and vp test run on the 29 test files the patches touch (837 tests, including ClaudeAdapterV2.test.ts) all pass.

Made by Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code.
