Description

Forces a python-sdk generator release so a new Docker image is built with the catalog-pinned @fern-api/generator-cli 0.9.44 (#16941), which contains the commit-chain signing fix (#16931). Same pattern as the csharp release in #16944 — generators pick up generator-cli changes lazily via their own image rebuilds, so a changelog-only release is the trigger. The actual dependency bump lives in the workspace catalog (pnpm-workspace.yaml), already merged.

Fixes unsigned [fern-generated] commits on Python replay PRs (same issue as auth0/auth0.net#1043).

Changes Made

• Added changelog entry under generators/python/sdk/changes/unreleased/ (chore → patch release; versioning handled by automation)
• Updated README.md generator (if applicable)

Testing

• Manual testing completed — signing fix verified end-to-end against a real GitHub repo (both commits on a 2-commit replay-style branch show Verified with 0.9.44; first commit unsigned with the previous version)
• Unit tests added/updated (n/a — changelog-only release trigger)
