mgmt: add Organization Roles, Connection lifecycle events, and Token Vault access grants; rename Connection attribute identifier

Changes

Automated SDK regeneration by Fern (fernapi/fern-csharp-sdk 2.72.1), with customer customizations preserved (UserDateSchema→DateTime extension + composite patch). Includes a follow-up commit fixing the integration-test build to match the regenerated types.

🆕 New

• SSE streaming with transparent reconnection
  • Core/SseReconnectHelper.cs — reconnects mid-stream on premature EOF via the Last-Event-ID header (5 attempts by default, backoff capped at 30s, counter resets after a successful event).
  • Core/Public/WithRawResponseStream.cs — dual-mode streaming wrapper: await foreach over parsed values, or .WithRawResponse() for response metadata.
  • RequestOptions / IRequestOptions gain MaxStreamReconnectAttempts and DisableStreamReconnection (apply only to resumable SSE streams).
• New endpoint — client.Organizations.Roles.Members.ListAsync(...) (list org members assigned a specific role), with RolesClient, MembersClient, RoleMember, and ListOrganizationRoleMembersRequestParameters.
• Raw response on exceptions — ManagementApiException.RawResponse (status code, URL, headers); all typed error subclasses (TooManyRequestsError, NotFoundError, etc.) now accept and forward rawResponse, plus typed error bodies (TooManyRequestsErrorBody, NotFoundErrorBody).

🔧 Modified

• Core/RawClient.cs — retry engine reworked: always sends a fresh clone per attempt (fixes HttpClient disposing request.Content under HTTP/2), MaxRetries floored at 0, and CloneRequestAsync now honors the CancellationToken on NET5_0_OR_GREATER.
• Events.SubscribeAsync return type changed from IAsyncEnumerable<...> to WithRawResponseStream<...> (streaming + reconnect support).
• Widespread regeneration across resource clients (Actions, Branding, Connections, Clients, CustomDomains, EventStreams, Flows, Forms, Organizations, etc.), reference.md, Page/Pager, and a package/build metadata bump in Auth0.ManagementApi.csproj.

⚠️ Breaking changes

1. DeleteAsync return type methods across the API changed from Task to WithRawResponseTask (return type change; await still works, but explicit Task- typed assignments break).
2. Events.SubscribeAsync — return type changed from IAsyncEnumerable<EventStreamSubscribeEventsResponseContent> to WithRawResponseStream<...>. Direct await foreach still works, code storing the result in an IAsyncEnumerable<...> variable breaks.
3. ConnectionAttributeIdentifier removed - split into EmailAttributeIdentifier, PhoneAttributeIdentifier, and UsernameAttributeIdentifier. Callers constructing ConnectionAttributeIdentifier must switch to the type-specific class.
4. Retry count semantics — the retry loop now performs up to MaxRetries + 1 total sends for retryable requests (previously initial send + MaxRetries); review any code that depends on exact attempt counts.
