…tories PR #17709 removed two broken links from the comprehensive directories section, leaving only one entry (Karma Funding Map). This adds the Etherscan Grant Directory — recommended in #17712 as the safest immediate addition because it is a trusted, maintained Ethereum-ecosystem resource. URL verified live (HTTP 200) at the time of this PR. Refs #17712
