LGTM -- all three links are confirmed broken (404, SSL failure, 403 respectively). Clean removal.
Worth noting: the "Comprehensive directories" section (#comprehensive-directories) is now down to a single entry (Karma Funding Map). I'll open a follow-up issue to backfill that section with some vetted alternatives.

This adds the Etherscan Grant Directory — recommended in ethereum#17712 as the safest immediate addition because it is a trusted, maintained Ethereum-ecosystem resource.
