Fixes Applied

Commit: 872a4cf622 - "fix(i18n): restore blank lines and fix component tags in German translations"

Fixed 128 files with automatic sanitizer corrections:

• Restored proper document structure (blank lines)
• Fixed React component tags to ensure proper MDX rendering
• Ensured HTML tags match English formatting for build compatibility

Summary
