The make version of this command still works fine, but worth updating the docs.

Description
This PR broke the README.md related to
op-nodeandop-proposeras it now usesjustinstead ofmake. This PR fixes this.I consider this more than a "typo" PR as it is currently complicated to find out how to build
op-nodefrom source as the docs are outdated [issue] and then the READMEs are also outdated.This is a little step forward.
