If possible it would be great to be able to merge our backlog of EIPs:

1. Add ERC: Wallet Capabilities for Account Abstraction ethereum/ERCs#947
   (ERC-7902: New Account Abstraction capabilities for ERC-5792)
   This is an early draft of an important ERC that would bring together ERC-5792 wallet API and ERC-4337 UserOperations.

2. Add EIP: Block-level Warming with fair cost savings ethereum/EIPs#9428
   (EIP-7557: Block-level Warming with fair cost savings)
   This EIP was not merged when originally created but I think it is still worth being discussed as a standalone proposal.

3. Add EIP: Emit log on revert ethereum/EIPs#9390
   (EIP-7889: Emit log on revert)
   In ERC-4337 we emit logs on UserOperation revert which helps a lot when debugging reverted transactions. After discussions about Native AA we have decided that it is worth discussing doing the same for all transaction types.

4. Add EIP: Restricted Behavior Transaction Type ethereum/EIPs#9476
   (EIP-7906: Restricted Behavior Transaction Type)
   This is a very early draft for a separate initiative in introducing security guardrails with a new intent-like transaction type.
