Backports the following commits to 7.6:

#58766 modified dynamic_color_property tests, removing getFieldMeta from makeProperty. Therefore, the tests designed for 7.7 and up were not compatible with 7.6. Need to add getCategoricalFieldMeta to makeProperty to make tests compatible with 7.6 version of dynamic_color_property testing methods
