Added repository filter
Added humanized text and icons for state

When repositories have errors, we show a callout to let the user know what's going on. There's also now a filter for filtering the snapshots by the repository they're in:

Index failures for a snapshot are split into their own tab so they are more human-friendly:

Various states are now surfaced with humanized text, icons, and tooltips where necessary:

🔥 LGTM! Awesome work, I think this error handling makes for a great UX.

The only thing I'd like to consider is always showing the Summary tab in detail panel. It's a little strange going between the details UI of a snapshot that doesn't have indices errors, and one that does. I guess it's also a little strange showing tabs when there is only one tab, but I don't mind it in this case since Summary tab by itself kind of works like a title. Not a blocker as I'll defer the decision to you 😄
