…xpansion (diegosouzapw#3624) v3.8.21 broadened package.json files to include open-sse/ and src/*/* directories for TypeScript-first imports, but pack-artifact-policy.ts was not updated. Add the new directories to PACK_ARTIFACT_ROOT_ALLOWED_PATH_PREFIXES. Also increase execFileSync maxBuffer to 64 MB to fix ENOBUFS on large packs.
Adds a per-account active toggle to each quota card, so an operator can
park an account that is still being routed to despite low/zero quota
without leaving the quota overview.
- QuotaCardHeader: toggle button (toggle_on/toggle_off) next to refresh and
cutoff, disabled while the request is in flight; card dims when inactive.
- index.tsx: handleToggleActive reuses PUT /api/providers/[id] with
{ isActive } (same path as saveQuotaWindowThresholds), optimistically
updates local state and notifies on success/failure.
- Props threaded QuotaCardGrid -> QuotaCard -> QuotaCardHeader.
- i18n keys added to en + pt-BR; other locales fall back via
translateUsageOrFallback.
Tests: tests/unit/quota-deactivate-toggle.test.ts asserts the wiring
(toggle flips current state, PUT { isActive }, optimistic update, dim,
i18n keys present).

Requested by a user: a way to deactivate an account directly from the quota overview, to park an account that keeps getting routed to even when its quota is at/near 0%, without navigating to the provider detail page.

This toggle is the manual override. The automatic path already exists: account selection skips exhausted-quota and inactive accounts, but a snapshot is cached (~5 min) and per-window quota preflight only enforces when cutoffs are configured — so there's a window where a near-zero account still gets picked. The per-account quota cutoff control (the
tunebutton, already on this card) is the automatic complement; this PR covers the immediate manual case.Tests
