…ossary, route map, ToS-default test fallout (#16092) Validated on the branch: 94/94 node tests across the touched files + glossary/route-map gates, the 4 vitest files 20/20 run individually, API typecheck and eslint clean. Remaining tip reds owned elsewhere: executor golden (#16058), quality-rail (#15682), chaosVirtualCombo (#16090), skills sync (#15945/#15948).

f966efb9ba73d37e8d007902a8ec730ea36e161e) already regenerated the executor map to 141 entries, includingtm/twinmindandcbai/codebuddy-intl. Credit to @Junior-HJ and the integrated maintainer fix-up.On base
7510677f2f8f5317f1947284dab650d01333915d, the golden suite passes both cases. A local normal merge of this PR branch with that base required resolving the old 139-versus-141 count; regeneration by the official helper produced a tree byte-identical to the base (git diff base --quiet, exit 0). Local merge commit781bde673703f4ba96846de9a8fc7b11ac8546f3, normal hooks PASS.That empty-diff merge was not pushed merely to trigger CI. The public PR head remains
85ff4632380ff0e67841ec3734240e390322a540. The PR has not been merged or closed by the sweep workflow; closing the redundant draft is an owner decision. This is a redundancy proof, not release-green acceptance.Historical change
The original repair, based on
a4705530e842315d6108497682ca629a748fe291, added the two missing Twinmind aliases viaUPDATE_GOLDEN=1and changed 137 to 139. It had one failing / one passing case before regeneration and two passing cases afterwards. That historical snapshot is superseded by the integrated 141-entry base, and must not overwrite it.
