…Files check:mutation-test-coverage --strict was failing on every PR targeting release/v3.8.51 since #12139 added tests/unit/search-432-plan-limit-cooldown.test.ts (covering open-sse/services/accountFallback.ts and src/sse/services/auth.ts) without registering it in stryker.conf.json tap.testFiles.

…51 @ 718accb Upstream advanced from 7f49b34 to 718accb while R4 was running (two chore commits: stryker test registration diegosouzapw#12170 and shared/components react-hooks lint batch diegosouzapw#12159). Neither touches this change's two paths, and the ESLint suppressions entry for src/app/api/v1/models/catalog.ts is unchanged at no-unused-vars: 10. Ordinary additive two-parent merge so the candidate is bound to the exact current target SHA.

…estFiles (#12263) Gate check:mutation-test-coverage --strict red→verde local (registro dos 2 testes turn-pin no tap.testFiles, drift da mesma classe do #12170). O único check vermelho desta PR (Unit shard 4/4) é o base-red dos próprios testes turn-pin desalinhados pelo #12247 — corrigido pela #12259, mergeada na sequência. Reds circulares: cada PR só está vermelha no item que a outra corrige.

Registro de 1 linha em tap.testFiles cobrindo accountFallback.ts e auth.ts, drift introduzido pelo diegosouzapw#12139. Desbloqueia o gate para todas as PRs contra release/v3.8.51.

check:mutation-test-coverage --strict fails on every PR targeting release/v3.8.51 since #12139 added tests/unit/search-432-plan-limit-cooldown.test.ts (covering open-sse/services/accountFallback.ts and src/sse/services/auth.ts) without registering it in stryker.conf.json tap.testFiles. This registers the file for both modules so its mutant kills count. Gate output before/after in the PR checks. Refs #12139.
