Add a new job end-to-end-tests that is triggered by push requests and upon merging to do the following:

  1. Deploy the SOL RPC canister from the reproducible-build job to a canister zaylz-mqaaa-aaaar-qaqzq-cai on the fiduciary subnet
  2. Execute requests (with cycles attached) to that instance using dfx that also can be used for example purposes.

Setup:

  1. A dedicated principal rkkcn-5oopj-aifbq-52fea-r2slr-lctvh-zklhr-vor3v-pl6sj-qwqbj-zqe was created for this CI job, whose private key is injected as a Github secret. This is the same setup as used by internet identity.
  2. That principal controls a wallet zo2gr-xaaaa-aaaar-qaqyq-cai that will be toped-up by Cycleops.
  3. That principal is also a controller of the canister zaylz-mqaaa-aaaar-qaqzq-cai that should solely be used for CI purposes.
