This PR was created by the regro-cf-autotick-bot.
The regro-cf-autotick-bot is a service to automatically track the dependency graph, migrate packages, and propose package version updates for conda-forge. If you would like a local version of this bot, you might consider using rever. Rever is a tool for automating software releases and forms the backbone of the bot's conda-forge PRing capability. Rever is both conda (conda install -c conda-forge rever) and pip (pip install re-ver) installable.

Dependency Analysis

Please note that this analysis is highly experimental. The aim here is to make maintenance easier by inspecting the package's dependencies. Importantly this analysis does not support optional dependencies, please double check those before making changes. If you do not want hinting of this kind ever please add bot: inspection: false to your conda-forge.yml. If you encounter issues with this feature please ping the bot team conda-forge/bot.

Analysis of the source code shows a discrepancy between the library's imports and the package's stated requirements in the meta.yaml.

Packages found by inspection but not in the meta.yaml:

  • scipy
  • ptyprocess
  • pygments
  • numpy
  • pywin32
  • progress
  • lit
  • pexpect
  • beautifulsoup4
  • unittest2
  • matplotlib
  • pygraphviz
  • python-clang
  • blocked-matrix-utils
  • requests
  • six
  • rust
  • pyyaml
  • pygithub
  • pandas

Packages found in the meta.yaml but not found by inspection:

  • clangxx
  • clang
  • llvm-tools
  • libcxx
  • compiler-rt
  • compiler-rt_osx-arm64
  • compiler-rt_osx-64

Hi! This is the friendly automated conda-forge-linting service.

I just wanted to let you know that I linted all conda-recipes in your PR (recipe) and found it was in an excellent condition.

@isuruf Thanks for fixing libcxx and merging cctools & compiler-rt.

I looked into the failures of openmp & lld, and left a comment with the findings on each PR. It's not 100% clear to me how to unblock this, would you have an idea how to proceed?

OK, with conda-forge/lld-feedstock#27 on home stretch, I looked at the errors here and don't quite understand them (esp. since #62 was green):

ERROR: This cross-compiler package contains no program [...]/bin/x86_64-apple-darwin13.4.0-indr

resp.

ERROR: This cross-compiler package contains no program [...]/bin/arm64-apple-darwin20.0.0-indr

coming [edit:] from the activation script.

Ah, now I understood that indr is actually a command (hadn't heard of it). Turns out this was removed in the cctools version that we upgraded to in conda-forge/cctools-and-ld64-feedstock#40.

Are you fine with removing this from the activation scripts, @isuruf?
