Two dashboard components fetched routes that don't exist (404):

• [quality-gate] CustomHostsManager calls non-existent /api/tools/traffic-inspector/custom-hosts (likely typo of /hosts) #3486 CustomHostsManager.tsx (3×) → /api/tools/traffic-inspector/custom-hosts corrected to /hosts (GET/POST + /hosts/[host] DELETE all exist with the matching {hosts} shape).
• [quality-gate] FeatureFlagsGrid pings non-existent /api/health (real is /api/monitoring/health) #3487 FeatureFlagsGrid.tsx post-restart liveness probe → /api/health corrected to /api/health/ping (existing no-auth lightweight liveness endpoint).

Dropped both from KNOWN_MISSING in check-fetch-targets.mjs. Regression guard: node scripts/check/check-fetch-targets.mjs → OK (490 routes; the gate now enforces these paths resolve).
