feat(providers): add onomeo as an OpenAI-compatible gateway - #14297

Registry entry in the eurouter / ainetcafe shape: default executor, Bearer auth, passthroughModels with live discovery from /v1/models. Listed in AGGREGATOR_PROVIDER_IDS because onomeo routes to third-party upstreams. The free note states the daily check-in allowance and the published rate limits; the hint says some upstreams may train on prompts.
The daily check-in now gives 50,000 credits on day 1, rising to 200,000/day from day 7 (was 1,200 -> 3,500). The note also states the premium-model cap for unpaid accounts, the optional $5 = 1,000,000 credits purchase, the per-IP limit and the public beta status, and drops the per-character credit formula. Same line count, so the file-size baseline is unchanged. Checked 2026-09-26 against https://onomeo.com/api/info. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…o the hint Shortens the free note to the allowance, premium cap, optional purchase and the two rate limits the test pins; the public beta status moves to apiHint. Same line count, so the file-size baseline is unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Refreshed on 2026-09-26: the onomeo |
Resolves the conflicts with the current release tip and refreshes the onomeo numbers from https://onomeo.com/api/info (2026-09-28 UTC). - config/quality/file-size-baseline.json: keep every tip entry and the onomeo note; gateways.ts re-measured 1544->1565 (+21, the onomeo entry). - tests/unit/provider-node-reserved-prefix.test.ts: tip 412 + onomeo -> 413. - tests/unit/providers-constants-split.test.ts: tip 241 + onomeo -> 242. - onomeo freeNote, comment and changelog fragment: check-in 20,000 on day 1 up to 50,000/day from day 7; 36 free models (60 requests per 5 hours per account, 450 per 5 hours site-wide); 12 premium models with a 50,000/day cap for unpaid accounts; $5/month buys 3,000,000 credits. Same line count. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Merged the latest release/v3.8.51 into this branch to resolve the conflicts (file-size baseline, reserved-prefix count 413, apikey count 242). The onomeo freeNote, comment and changelog fragment now use today's numbers from onomeo.com: check-in 20,000 on day 1 up to 50,000/day from day 7, 36 free models (60 requests per 5 hours per account), 12 premium models capped at 50,000/day for unpaid accounts, $5/month for 3,000,000 credits. Nothing else changed. |

onomeo dropped its site credits and daily check-in on 2026-10-06. Update the freeNote, its comment, the changelog fragment and the test that pins the wording to the current offering: about 30 free models metered at 30 calls per 5 hours per account and 12 requests/min per key inside a shared site-wide pool, large models paid from a USD balance with a $0.50/day beta cap, and the optional top-up from $5. cheaper-inference:release/v3.8.52
After the release tip merge (cheaper-inference#14297 onomeo landed in the same apikey split files), wiring ainetcafe into APIKEY_PROVIDERS_GATEWAYS takes gateways.ts from 1574 to 1575 lines; the catalog entry itself stays in its own apikey/ainetcafe.ts. …la.ts gateways.ts is frozen at its line ceiling, so the entry now lives in its own file and gateways.ts gains only the import and the spread (+2), the same wiring onomeo (cheaper-inference#14297) and unifically (cheaper-inference#14182) use. The rebaseline note and the gateways.ts ceiling drop from 1592 to 1577 to match.
…ing-uncapped (cheaper-inference#16318) Merge release/v3.8.53 into the branch and re-scope the PR to the free-model catalog data only: onomeo's registry, gateway metadata and tests already shipped on the base (cheaper-inference#14297). Entries are recurring-uncapped with monthlyTokens 0 (the allowance is 30 calls per 5 h in a shared pool), a single onomeo poolKey and tos caution. Adds a catalog test and a changelog fragment.
This is a self-submission: I run onomeo, and this PR comes from the site owner's account.

Not yet updated in this branch: the
freeNotestring, the comment above it, the changelog fragment and the test that pins the note's wording (check in daily,60 requests per 5 hours per account) still describe the old check-in. They have to change together, and the branch also conflicts withrelease/v3.8.52, so the code is left as it is for now and only this description is corrected.Sources: https://onomeo.com/models and the public config at https://onomeo.com/api/info (field

The branch has not been rebased, since the PR is parked for v3.8.52; the counts in the two count tests and the file-size baseline will need a re-measure on whichever release branch it lands on.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
