Counter-only sync after the d7 Track-B wave (onomeo #14297 → 360 providers) and a migration that landed on the tip (→ 200 migrations).
check:docs-countshad 13 STRICT drifts; now 0.npm run gen:provider-reference(PROVIDER_REFERENCE.md).docs/i18n/*/llm.txtmirrors, package.json description and 6 SVGs. Agent-instruction surfaces (AGENTS.md / llm.txt) change numbers only — verified line by line (every removed line has an identical counterpart modulo digits). Counter updates on these surfaces are pre-approved by the owner for this drain.
