Summary

• Adds ainetcafe as an OpenAI-compatible API-key provider. ainetcafe serves Kimi K3 from its own cluster at native MXFP4 ($2.10 / $10.50 per M tokens, $0.30 cached input); base URL https://microquickjs.com/v1, model ID Kimi-K3, catalog discovered live from /v1/models (passthroughModels, models: [], no tool/vision capability declared until exercised through this executor), same shape as GreenPT (feat(providers): add GreenPT as an OpenAI-compatible provider #13024).
• Not an aggregator (serves its own inference), so it is not added to AGGREGATOR_PROVIDER_IDS.
• hasFree: true because new accounts receive a small spendable sign-up credit; freeNote attributes the amount and eligibility to the provider so the badge never over-promises.
• Disclosure: I work on ainetcafe.

• None; new provider request. Public data on the endpoint: live probe every 10 minutes from a US runner https://ainetcafe.com/k3/status.html and a daily table of every K3 provider on OpenRouter https://ainetcafe.com/k3/compare.html .

Validation

• Change type: provider
• Focused tests and category gates from the golden path: node --import tsx/esm --test tests/unit/ainetcafe-provider.test.ts (7 pass), tests/unit/provider-translate-path-golden.test.ts (regenerated with UPDATE_GOLDEN=1; the diff is only the new ainetcafe block), npm run check:provider-assets (passed). npm run check:provider-consistency could not run on my machine because the bun postinstall was skipped (--ignore-scripts); no bun-dependent files were touched.
• npx eslint on every touched file: clean. Prettier: clean.
• Reconciled with current main (19b9d05).
• Production-code change includes a new automated test in this PR.
• npm run check:file-size: gateways.ts 1502 → 1521 rebaselined in config/quality/file-size-baseline.json with the usual declarative-data rationale. The four other files it reports (open-sse/utils/stream.ts, executors/codex.ts, handlers/imageGeneration.ts, services/combo/roundRobinCombo.ts) already fail identically on an untouched main checkout and are not touched here.
• Endpoint behaviour verified directly with curl before opening this: chat completions (streaming with stream_options.include_usage and non-streaming), function tool calls (finish_reason: tool_calls), image input, reasoning_content in responses, /v1/models listing.

• tests/unit/ainetcafe-provider.test.ts (new)
• tests/snapshots/provider/translate-path.json (regenerated: + ainetcafe block)

Coverage Notes

• open-sse/config/providers/registry/ainetcafe/index.ts, open-sse/config/providers/index.ts, src/shared/constants/config.ts, src/shared/constants/providers/apikey/gateways.ts are covered by tests/unit/ainetcafe-provider.test.ts (registry wiring, endpoint, executor, metadata, free-tier flag, no unverified capabilities) and the translate-path golden.
