Context: users in UXR studies would miss the Annotations Metadata filters because it's below the fold)

• move the Annotation Metadata to the section below Sample and Experiment Conditions and above Hardware on the following pages

  • Browse all datasets
  • Single deposition page

• move the Annotation Metadata to the section above the Tilt Series filters on the single dataset page
