Follow three docs pages that moved with product changes - #525

mise renamed `generate bootstrap` to `generate install-script`, Claude Code merged custom slash commands into skills, and Flipt moved its v1 docs under /v1/ when v2 shipped. Each old URL now returns 404; link the page that carries the same content today. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

mise/generate bootstrapmise.jdx.dev/cli/generate/bootstrap.html→.../install-script.htmlmise generate bootstrap… The old name still works but is deprecated and will be removed in mise 2027.9.0" とあるClaude Code/カスタムスラッシュコマンドdocs.anthropic.com/ja/docs/claude-code/slash-commands#カスタムスラッシュコマンド→code.claude.com/docs/ja/skillscode.claude.com/docs/ja/slash-commandsへ転送されて 404。英語版のslash-commandsは skills ページを返す（canonical もskills）。skills ページに「カスタムコマンドはスキルにマージされました。.claude/commands/deploy.mdのファイルと.claude/skills/deploy/SKILL.mdのスキルの両方が/deployを作成し、同じように機能します」とあるFliptdocs.flipt.io/introduction→docs.flipt.io/v1/introduction/v1/introductionと題名も説明も一致する。文書の入口は v2 の/v2/introductionへ移っているページ本文との食い違い（今回は触っていない）
mise/generate bootstrap: 題名も本文も旧コマンド名のまま。旧名は 2027.9.0 まで動くので、今のところ誤りではない。mise/generate install-scriptへの改名は判断を任せたいClaude Code/カスタムスラッシュコマンド: 「.claude/commandsに Markdown を置くと再利用できる」という本文は今も正しい。ただ、仕組みとしてはスキルに統合されているFlipt: 本文の「git上でフィーチャーフラグを管理する」は、v2 の git ネイティブな設計の方に近い。v2 の入口/v2/introductionへ向け直す案もある。今回は元の資料と同じ v1 のページを選んだ確認
