Point eight Claude docs links at their canonical URLs - #545

docs.anthropic.com, docs.claude.com and anthropic.com/news now redirect to code.claude.com, platform.claude.com and claude.com/blog. The redirects only map paths, so a page renamed on the new site 404s through the old URL, as the custom slash command link did. Link the destination directly. docs.anthropic.comとdocs.claude.comはcode.claude.com/platform.claude.comへ、anthropic.com/newsはclaude.com/blogへ転送されている。この転送はパスを機械的に写すだけで、新しいサイト側でページ名が変わると転送先で 404 になる。実際、
