I updated the endonym and the English name for pt-BR to português do Brasil and Brazilian Portuguese respectively, following the CLDR locale name data

European Portuguese (
pt-PT) is now at 100% translated on Crowdin so this PR proposes making the necessary changes for when it's decided to add it to the app.Note that the
messages.pois simply a placeholder, as the up-to-date version will replace it when it's pulled from Crowdin for a release.Closes #6836
