removes 99% of lodash we don't use, and
splits 1mb of syntax highlighting to a separate artifact with lazy loading(reverted that last bit, had some conflicts, will revisit it in another PR).also does not wait for goosed to be available before creating the window.
this didn't turn out to be the big gain I'd hoped for but it does make the initial page load slightly faster
