Pull Request Description
This keeps activity buttons at the top of the chat session when running a recipe. I think we had this before but was lost with the new ui. The user needs to scroll all the way back up to use them so its not perfect but at least brings back the functionality for now. I think it could be improved by making the buttons smaller and fixed to the top so its always visible but I will save that for the upcoming UI recipe redesign effort.
