From the Recipe library when using 'Load Recipe' or 'Use' it would add the recipe details into the window but it was not sending the instructions (or anything else I imagine) to the server so the recipe was not really being loaded. This bug is out in the wild so this is a very quick fix to revert back to the old behavior of opening a new window when loading a recipe which works properly.
