This PR address a few community member issues, it updates the
GithubCopilotProviderto correctly return required configuration keys for activation. Specifically, it:GITHUB_COPILOT_TOKENas a requiredConfigKeyin the provider definition.This change enables proper setup and avoids silent failures when the token is missing.
