Merging of PTMSFAA files with legacy does not seem to be possible. NSLSC has confirmed they can receive two different files.

  • Change PTMSFAA and FTMSFAA Request file name and content to add "9" to the sequence number
    • Example: PPBC.EDU.MSFA.SENT.PT.20241101.001 becomes PPBC.EDU.MSFA.SENT.PT.20241101.010

sequence to avoid conflicts with legacy MSFAA.
